Breeahna Helena Tanyce Gresham, Esq.

Breeahna Gresham is a dedicated criminal defense and personal injury attorney with a passion for advocating for those in need. A Georgia resident since 2009, Breeahna graduated from Arabia Mountain High School before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Clark Atlanta University in 2017. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2020, where she participated in the Criminal Justice Program.

During law school, Breeahna gained valuable hands-on experience through multiple internships, including her time with the Georgia Conflict Defender’s Office. She began her legal career in that very office as a Conflict Defender in Fulton County’s Juvenile Court, where she represented the youth with compassion and skill. In 2022, she transitioned into private practice, where she focused on both criminal defense and personal injury, honing her ability to fight for clients inside and outside of the courtroom.

In 2024, alongside her friend and business partner, Angelica Evans, Breeahna co-founded Evans & Gresham Law Firm with the mission of providing strong, client-centered representation rooted in integrity, diligence, and care. She believes every client deserves a compassionate advocate who will work tirelessly to protect their rights and pursue justice on their behalf.

Beyond the courtroom, Breeahna is proud of her Haitian American heritage and values her role as the oldest of ten siblings. She is a God-fearing woman who attends The Faith Center in Tucker, Georgia. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new foods as a self-proclaimed “huge foodie.”

Whether defending the accused or standing up for the injured, Breeahna brings her heart, her faith, and her determination to every case she takes on.
